How you’ll make an impact:

  • Utilize deep industry knowledge to design and optimize ad products across web and mobile platforms, ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical regulations while pushing the envelope of creative excellence.
  • Spearhead the development of design specs and standards, incorporating a rich understanding of pharma industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory constraints to create ads that are both innovative and compliant.
  • Apply expert knowledge of healthcare professionals’ engagement with digital ad products to design user experiences that effectively communicate complex pharmaceutical messages in an accessible and compelling manner.
  • Build and maintain a microsite that not only serves as a showcase for our commercial products but also functions as a tool for understanding and navigating the complexities of pharma advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and client service teams to create journey maps and prototypes that reflect the unique needs and cycles of the pharma industry, enhancing our ability to connect with clients and demonstrate the value of our ad solutions.
  • Lead the UX and design of our platform’s commercially-focused products, including campaign management tools and client portals, ensuring they meet the high expectations of our users in the healthcare industry.
  • Work within the existing style guide of the engagement design team, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all designs, while also bringing a fresh perspective that keeps us at the forefront of digital pharma advertising.

Minimum requirements:

  • Significant experience in product design within the pharmaceutical advertising sector, with a portfolio that showcases successful digital ad campaigns and platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory environment affecting pharma ads and the ability to navigate these requirements creatively and effectively.
  • Proven track record of designing compelling digital experiences for healthcare professionals, demonstrating an ability to translate complex medical information into engaging visual formats.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that exceed client expectations while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
