We are seeking a detail-obsessed designer with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical advertising sector to join our commercial team. This role is at the intersection of creativity and deep pharma knowledge, focusing on designing and refining custom ad experiences that resonate within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate brings a blend of creative vision and a thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, including regulations, audience needs, and engagement strategies. Your mission will be to craft digital advertising solutions that not only meet the stringent requirements of the healthcare sector but also stand out for their innovative approach and effectiveness in reaching and engaging healthcare professionals.

Compensation
The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $115,000 – $165,000 (inclusive of salary + equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
