Position Overview
CommonLit is looking for an engineer who can provide direct help to our User Support and District Success teams. As a Support Engineer, you’ll help the support team investigate issues that require engineering help, fix high-priority bugs, and work with rotating members of our engineering team on “flex” who are supporting our users. You’ll be the glue and the stable member of this team. We want to ensure that students and educators have a consistently great and reliable experience with CommonLit and your work will help ensure that happens.

There will be a screener interview with a member of the People team, a second round interview with the Engineering team, and a final interview with Engineering leadership. Further details will be provided throughout the experience!
